He is an intact male, about 6 months old. Roscoe is very friendly and playful. He is heart worm negative and his weight is 55 lbs.
He did fine with other dogs, friendly, and hyper. But very playful with other dogs. His owner turned him in because dogs are too expensive to maintain. Holding still is very difficult for this dude. He is a teenager. 272026
